The Customer Success Manager will oversee enterprise accounts, drive customer health and success, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product adoption in healthcare AI.

Work with clients to gather technical requirements, configure the Infinitus platform, build CSV/API/standards-based integrations, support QA/UAT and launches, author knowledge graph rules, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple implementations concurrently.

The Implementation Manager will lead technical delivery of AI solutions for healthcare clients, manage integrations, and engage with clients to ensure successful implementations of Infinitus products.
