Lead process engineering for ethanol-to-SAF and renewable diesel projects from feasibility through startup. Develop process design packages, mass and energy balances, equipment specs, PFDs/P&IDs, support HAZOP/PHAs, commissioning, troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring regulatory, safety, and client requirements are met.

Provide commercial and IP legal support for domestic and international transactions: draft, negotiate, and manage fuel offtake, supply, MSA, JV/SPV, licensing, confidentiality, and customer agreements; manage contract workflows and policies; handle disputes and settlements; advise leadership on legal and business risk across corporate, labor, real estate, tax/customs, and governance matters; maintain technical knowledge of biofuels/SAF and work autonomously to support rapid company growth.
