Integrate CRM and marketing data, monitor lead scoring and attribution models, investigate funnel performance, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations. Maintain reporting systems, audit data hygiene and tool adoption, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders in a remote-first SaaS environment.

Own and build the revenue operations function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Lead revenue strategy, GTM systems, lead routing, territory design, forecasting, reporting, deal desk, compensation planning, and cross-functional processes. Manage Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Intercom, warehouse integrations, APIs, Python, and AI tooling to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Partner with Finance, Analytics, and GTM leadership while managing a Revenue Operations Manager and directing GTM engineering resources.
