Leads the architecture, development, implementation, integration, and support of SAP EAM solutions. Oversees asset lifecycle management, master data governance, LAM, GIS, SAP Utilities, EPPM, and integrations with SCM, MM, and FI/CO. Supervises technical teams, manages roadmaps and project execution, supports regulatory reporting, and resolves complex production issues. Requires extensive SAP EAM/PM/CS experience, S/4HANA expertise, utility asset lifecycle knowledge, and multiple full-lifecycle implementations.

Supports capital project delivery under close supervision by coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining execution plans and schedules, monitoring budgets and KPIs, documenting meetings and governance activities, tracking risks and changes, preparing reports, and supporting project closeout. The role develops skills in stakeholder management, project leadership, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and risk mitigation while applying company project management standards.
