Leads complex incident root-cause analysis, establishes AI-augmented delivery standards, mentors senior engineers, and shapes multi-quarter technical roadmaps across the organization.

Lead strategic public relations for a global technology brand by identifying newsworthy stories, developing data-driven narratives, pitching media, managing journalist relationships, and securing earned coverage. Connect PR with social, blog, video, SEO, and executive thought leadership.
