Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive dealer accounts for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products. Monitors and audits absence, accommodation, leave, and workers’ compensation case management for accuracy, compliance, and consistency. Analyzes trends, prepares quality reports, provides advisor feedback, supports corrective actions and training, identifies process improvements, and assists with new tools and AI-enabled workflow implementations. The role partners with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders while protecting confidential employee information and supporting regulatory compliance.

Provides compliant, employee-centered guidance on leave, accommodations, disability benefits, and workers’ compensation matters across the U.S. and Canada. Partners with HR, Legal, Risk, and business leaders to resolve complex cases, interpret FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and related policies, mitigate risk, and educate stakeholders. The role also supports reporting, dashboards, audits, process improvements, vendor systems, training, and cross-functional initiatives.

Administer and improve Workday and multi-platform HR security, including role-based access, security groups, access reviews, request approvals, audit support, governance documentation, and compliance controls. Evaluate elevated access requests, identify risks, resolve routine issues, coordinate remediation, and escalate complex decisions. Partner with HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to strengthen policies, processes, and least-privilege access across Workday, Peakon, UKG, Prism, and HR data platforms.
