Lead and expand strategic global customer relationships for PGL by driving revenue growth, developing account plans, managing proposals/RFPs/contracts, coordinating global logistics execution, monitoring KPIs, implementing SOPs and continuous improvement, and collaborating with internal teams and carriers to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.

Drive sales of logistics and 3PL services across major geographies by developing customer relationships, managing key accounts, delivering customized supply chain solutions, preparing forecasts, negotiating terms, and collaborating with operations to optimize pricing and execution.

Manage domestic freight forwarding and tradeshow shipments: calculate costs, prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation, coordinate carriers and routes, negotiate rates, track shipments, arrange insurance and special transport, ensure regulatory compliance, provide client updates, and optimize cost and environmental impact.
