Supports Baxter’s SEC and external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, financial statement preparation, disclosures, tie-outs, earnings materials, technical accounting, month-end close, audits, SOX compliance, and accounting for business transactions. The role also monitors GAAP and SEC developments, supports new accounting standards, and drives reporting process improvements.

Leads Baxter’s IT portfolio for Supply Chain, overseeing intake, governance, prioritization, funding, budgeting, forecasting, delivery, and value realization. Partners with senior business, IT, Finance, and PMO leaders; presents executive portfolio reporting; and manages a team of Project and Program Managers. Partners with commercial, marketing, sales, supply chain, regulatory, and accounting teams while leading a cross-region finance organization and supporting growth, profitability, and cash flow objectives.

Leads IT procurement and strategic sourcing for software and SaaS categories. Develops category strategies, manages supplier selection and risk assessments, negotiates complex contracts, oversees supplier relationships, tracks savings, evaluates market innovation, and reports progress to senior leadership. Coordinates multiple sourcing initiatives across business groups while partnering with stakeholders in a multinational, matrixed environment.

Leads Baxter’s government pricing and compliance function, including AMP, BP, ASP, 340B, Non-FAMP, Medicaid rebate, VA/FSS, and state transparency submissions. Oversees pricing methodology, regulatory interpretation, outsourced calculation partners, Model N governance, reconciliation, reserves, accruals, audit readiness, and vendor performance. Advises Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Market Access leaders on pricing and legislative impacts, including IRA-related changes. Drives process standardization, unbundling, system modernization, and special projects.

Leads global income tax provision reporting, uncertain tax positions, effective tax rate analysis, and ASC 740 compliance. Oversees tax accounting policies, SOX controls, process improvements, automation, and analytics. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, auditors, and global tax teams while mentoring staff and supporting strategic transactions, reporting, and regulatory change assessments.

Own revenue management technology for channel/indirect sales, ensuring accurate pricing, contracts, rebates, chargebacks and gross-to-net processes. Partner with Channel Operations, lead delivery and continuous improvement, support SOX/compliance and audits, manage vendors, and communicate with senior stakeholders to reduce revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency.

Support 3PL financials and logistics by managing AOP/forecasting, validating invoices, reconciling inventory across 3PL/4PL partners, producing financial and performance reports, ensuring SOX/audit compliance, and driving inventory and process improvement projects.
