Drive onboarding, implementation, service offerings, tooling, metrics, and cross-functional handoffs to improve time-to-value, quality, and services margin for enterprise and mid-market customers.

Lead long-term technical strategy and large cross-functional engineering initiatives for Vanta's GRC product. Design scalable, reliable systems, mentor engineers, drive architecture and process improvements, and deliver enterprise-grade SaaS features while influencing organization-wide technical decisions.

Build and scale AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations for Recruiting and People operations. Own Dust agent architecture, integrate ATS (Ashby), prototype solutions, maintain documentation (Confluence/Guru), and drive adoption of tools like Claude, Dust, and Zapier to reduce manual work across sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and offer-to-hire handoffs.
