Responsible for managing a large portfolio of federal, state, and local grants including compliance, invoicing, cash collection, budgeting, variance analysis, month- and year-end close, audit support, staff supervision, and process improvements to ensure accurate financial reporting and grant compliance.

The MPOWER Program Supervisor leads daily operations, supervises staff, coordinates community outreach, ensures program compliance, and promotes quality patient care in an HIV prevention program.
