Translates HR and business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leads enhancements and implementation projects, manages vendors, and supports system testing and upgrades. Develops workforce dashboards and reports, conducts data audits, provides user training and documentation, and ensures privacy, access controls, compliance, and accurate employee information.
