Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Import Specialists; manage LMS assignments and tracking; create multimedia modules; mentor new hires; evaluate training effectiveness and keep learning content up to date with operational regulations.

Process and integrate customer data to support international shipments and customs clearance. Serve as customer liaison, prepare customs and PGA entries, review documentation and invoices, coordinate with carriers and forwarders, ensure regulatory compliance, handle accounting tasks, and respond to customer inquiries and document requests.

Manage and develop the company's export compliance program, ensuring adherence to U.S. export laws and agency regulations; liaise with government agencies; lead audits, process improvements, and a compliance team; support customer service and business development while maintaining timely, accurate export filings.
