Part-time HR intern providing administrative and compliance support to HR Generalists and staff. Tasks include maintaining HR compliance knowledge, preparing and proofreading Word/Excel/PowerPoint documents, organizing personnel files and I-9s, assisting payroll, tracking project deadlines, and delivering responsive employee service. Supports team projects and escalates issues to senior HR staff.

Conduct audits, maintain equipment, develop test methods, and handle software programming and data management to enhance laboratory efficiency.
