Provides operational support, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and implementation for client network infrastructure. Responsibilities include resolving escalated tickets, designing and configuring networks, documenting infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, communicating with clients, mentoring junior engineers, and participating in on-call support. Requires at least three years of network engineering experience, knowledge of major networking vendors and cloud networking, and a CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet FCP, or equivalent experience.
