Drive new business and manage accounts using the Salesforce platform. Meet sales quotas, forecast pipeline, deliver executive presentations, develop Statements of Work with sales engineering, conduct account reviews, expand account relationships, oversee project delivery, and cultivate Salesforce channel partnerships.

Lead acquisition sourcing and early-stage deal execution: build a proprietary target pipeline, run outbound business development, perform financial modeling and diligence, coordinate due diligence, recommend deals, and ensure clean handoffs to integration for Day 1 readiness.

Provide advanced desktop and end-user support and assist with server and network environments (Active Directory, Entra ID, firewalls, switches, M365). Triage and resolve escalations from Tier 1, coordinate with Tier 2/3, manage and document ticket queues, communicate status to clients, and maintain system administration tasks (Imaging, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange, Citrix, Teams).
