Advise on commercial terms, develop templates and playbooks, implement CLM and sourcing processes, train stakeholders, and partner cross-functionally to manage risk and ensure contract governance and execution.

Lead and manage fire resistance test projects independently: define scope, develop test programs and special methods, coordinate lab activities, communicate with clients, resolve technical issues, train and supervise staff, and represent UL on committees and client sites.

Perform on-site safety and non-safety certification inspections, audits of quality systems, and field evaluations to verify compliance with UL requirements. Use measurement instruments, analyze test results, review production/inspection records, recommend corrective actions, document findings, and communicate with manufacturers and authorities. Travel locally within Denver with occasional regional assignments; integrate continuous improvement and promote UL services.
