Lead global revenue accounting ensuring ASC 606 and US GAAP compliance; manage monthly/quarterly revenue close, SOX 404 controls, contract review, process governance, team development, and support external audits and cross-functional training.

Own and evolve UL Solutions' pricing engine: define vision and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories, collaborate with engineering and design, manage backlog and releases, facilitate sprints and demos, produce technical collateral, and drive adoption of data-driven pricing practices across the organization.

Lead and deliver strategic global operations programs across labs, field, quality and enterprise initiatives. Develop scalable project management processes, manage execution, budgets, risks and stakeholders, coach project managers, perform business and financial analysis, and drive change management and strategic communications with executive and regional stakeholders.

Responsible for rebate and revenue accounting including recording and reconciling monthly rebate accruals, reviewing customer contracts for rebate compliance, preparing analyses and reconciliations, supporting audits, and advising on accounting policies. Maintain knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and rebate accounting, develop process improvements, and communicate findings to management and external parties.
