Supports eDiscovery client projects by preparing and processing data in Relativity, drafting statements of work and playbooks, managing requests and priorities, troubleshooting workflows, coordinating with operational teams, and monitoring project progress. The role serves as a daily client contact, maintains project reporting, resolves data issues, and assists project managers with execution and communication.

Leads strategic HR partnership for Epiq’s Class Action and Restructuring businesses. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent management, leadership coaching, employee relations, change management, and transformation initiatives. The Director leads three HR professionals, advises senior executives, uses workforce analytics and AI-enabled solutions, and partners with HR Centers of Excellence to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, productivity, and business outcomes.

Leads enterprise spend management strategy across legal and business functions, including outside counsel management, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, spend analytics, vendor performance, and cost control. Partners with legal operations, procurement, and finance teams; manages large-scale assessments and optimization projects; advises executive stakeholders; and uses ELM platforms and AI tooling to improve spend visibility and financial transparency.

Advise clients on defensible, AI-enabled eDiscovery review workflows. Build and manage ML/GenAI models (EpiqAI, Relativity aiR/Active Learning), craft prompts, validate statistical measures, draft protocols, transfer knowledge to review teams, mentor colleagues, and support business development and thought leadership.

Lead global account management and business development targeting Compliance Function leaders. Develop strategic account plans, prospect and nurture compliance personas, drive sales and contract negotiations, collaborate with delivery teams to meet client objectives, provide consulting, and oversee client communications and reporting.
