The Sales Engineer will create proposals, assess pricing, and provide technical guidance for smart safety and logistics, while maintaining client relationships and supporting delivery teams.

Provide level‑1 IT support across North American offices: manage AD accounts, image and deploy devices, troubleshoot networks and endpoints, maintain inventory, use helpdesk ticketing, develop PowerShell automation, support security initiatives and leverage AI tools to improve support processes.
