Leads the design, configuration, and integration of SAP In-House Bank and Treasury capabilities within Mars Snacking’s S/4HANA transformation. Responsibilities include internal bank account management, intercompany settlements, centralized payments, payment factory optimization, multibank connectivity, regulatory compliance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination across Finance, Treasury, Digital Technologies, and implementation partners.

Leads FP&A for Mars Snacking’s Better For You portfolio, overseeing annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, KPI analysis, long-range planning, and strategic business cases. Partners with Commercial, Supply Chain, and senior leaders to drive financial performance, automate reporting, and implement AI-enabled analytics. Reports to the CFO and manages two associates while improving processes and decision-making.

Leads enterprise technology strategy, delivery, and transformation across Finance, FinTech, Legal, and Risk. Oversees product platforms, Agile and DevOps adoption, AI and data initiatives, digital transformation, change management, vendor partnerships, governance, and technology operations. Partners with executive stakeholders to align global priorities, integrate platforms, manage dependencies, and deliver scalable, secure, value-driven outcomes across a federated enterprise technology organization.

Manage global operational risk programs including risk engineering, property loss prevention, and business resilience. Partner with stakeholders and vendors to drive governance, compliance, audits, remediation, data analysis, and program deployment to reduce loss and ensure business continuity across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Serves as chief of staff and strategic partner to the Regional Commercial Head. Drives strategic alignment, portfolio prioritization, performance management, governance, leadership collaboration, team engagement, risk escalation, and continuous improvement across commercial and regional initiatives.

Leads transfer pricing transformation within a global SAP S/4HANA program. Translates tax policies into intercompany process and system requirements, supports solution design, testing, deployment, controls, audit readiness, and true-up processes. Coordinates stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT while managing risks, issues, documentation, training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Leads sales finance across channels, including planning, forecasting, performance analytics, trade investment governance, customer P&Ls, and period-close reviews. Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance leadership to translate financial results into actions, manage risks and opportunities, support audits, and drive profitable growth. Oversees quarterly business reviews, collections and deductions monitoring, executive insights, and development of a high-performing finance team.

Leads North American indirect tax requirements and global tax data governance for an SAP S/4HANA transformation. Oversees U.S. and Canadian tax processes, tax determination, reporting, reconciliations, data standards, tax technology integrations, testing, deployment, audit readiness, and compliance. Partners across Tax, Finance, IT, Master Data, Analytics, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services to improve tax data quality and establish scalable global operating models.
