Leads profitable growth of Hiscox’s SME insurance products through digital partnerships. Owns channel P&L, distribution strategy, partner relationships, sales practices, and revenue goals while managing and developing business development and enablement teams. Requires collaboration with Product, Underwriting, Distribution, IT, and actuarial teams to support profitable growth and pricing governance.

Executes insurance policy servicing activities, including endorsements, cancellations, renewals, binding support, issuance, and policy maintenance. Provides responsive support to brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. Identifies workflow improvements, documents processes, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and scalability across the policy lifecycle.
