Adjudicate and resolve low-to-moderate miscellaneous professional liability claims, including litigated matters. Document files, communicate with claimants and attorneys, draft coverage/denial letters, set reserves, manage defense counsel, identify fraud and trends, and participate in claims projects to ensure timely, compliant claim resolution.

The role involves analyzing liability claims, managing general liability claims, driving early resolutions, and maintaining relationships with clients and brokers.

Provide technical oversight and expertise for large, complex Specialty claims (Allied Healthcare, A&E, Cyber, Media/Tech, etc.). Partner with claims teams, underwriting, actuary and legal on coverage, reserving, litigation strategy, and loss mitigation. Mentor staff, maintain watchlist, and lead reserve/trial roundtables to implement resolution strategies and share emerging trends with senior leadership.

The Complex Claims Specialist analyzes liability claims, manages reserves, engages with clients and brokers, and ensures claims resolution in a timely manner.
