The Manager of Global Sales Onboarding will lead the onboarding process for sales talent at IFS, focusing on program design, execution, and collaboration across teams to enhance seller readiness and confidence.

Serve as trusted business partner for Sales across the Quote-to-Close cycle: price and configure deals, prepare and review contractual documentation, ensure compliance and approval routing, advise on revenue recognition (ASC606/IFRS15), liaise with Finance and Legal, and support deal strategy to optimize bookings and close transactions.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for IFS Copperleaf: deliver demos and executive briefings, design enterprise solutions, support RFX/proposals, customize demo environments, and engage industry stakeholders to drive sales and product adoption.

Provide transactional legal support for Softeon: draft and negotiate software, SaaS, consulting and commercial contracts; advise Sales, Finance, HR, and Partner teams; lead legal operations and corporate governance; support audits, M&A, disputes, real estate, and global legal projects; coordinate outside counsel and deliver legal training and standard contract terms.
