Own and scale BILL’s privacy program, including data subject requests, privacy impact assessments, vendor reviews, data mapping, privacy training, policies, regulatory monitoring, AI privacy reviews, and program metrics. The role partners with Legal, Product, Engineering, Information Security, CX, Procurement, vendors, and business leaders to improve privacy operations through automation and AI tools.

Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor for mid-market and accountant-channel prospects. Leads product marketing strategy for BILL’s accounting channel, including customer research, segmentation, positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and go-to-market launches. Partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to influence roadmaps, drive acquisition and retention, develop sales enablement, support channel sales, and deliver business results across complex, matrixed teams.

Prospect, qualify, and convert inbound leads and trial users into paying BILL customers. Identify customer pain points, build rapport, create urgency, close deals, and manage a high-volume book of business. The role requires prioritizing multiple opportunities, making 60+ outbound calls daily, maintaining CRM records, meeting sales targets, and operating effectively in a fast-paced, short-cycle sales environment.

Develop scalable Java-based software and distributed systems for BILL’s Growth team. Improve subscription, monetization, pricing, packaging, and customer upgrade or downgrade experiences. Build AWS-based SaaS applications, design SQL and NoSQL databases, implement CI/CD pipelines, and apply generative AI to software engineering. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to drive user growth, revenue, and feature engagement.

Leads BILL’s AI and platform product partnership strategy, managing relationships with frontier AI companies and software vendors. Sources and structures deals, negotiates agreements, drives integrations and connector approvals, develops go-to-market and monetization plans, and coordinates execution across product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership. Builds partnership roadmaps, evaluates opportunities, models deal economics, and creates scalable processes for a growing ecosystem.

Supports risk portfolio programs through strategic project planning, data analysis, dashboard development, process automation, vendor and ROI management, governance, and audit documentation. The role partners with risk analysts, data scientists, Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify risk indicators, design controls, improve workflows with AI tools, and communicate actionable insights across credit, fraud, and reputational risk initiatives.

Build and scale accounting software synchronization solutions connecting BILL’s payment network with third-party accounting platforms. Lead end-to-end software design and delivery, develop scalable AWS microservices, improve platform performance, guide testing and CI/CD practices, resolve customer problems, mentor engineers, and use generative AI to accelerate development.
