Build a measurement framework (AHT by intent), create a cost-of-service model, identify high-cost/high-frequency CX work, and prioritize a roadmap with defensible ROI. Drive discovery with CX, lead agile rituals, define efficiency metrics, and partner with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to deliver measurable operational improvements.

Own a field territory to prospect and close new independent optical accounts, manage and grow existing relationships, analyze sales data and KPIs, run territory plans and business reviews, represent the brand at events, and collaborate internally to drive product adoption and revenue.
