As a Quantitative Researcher, you'll solve financial modeling and algorithm development problems, working closely with traders and developers in a collaborative setting.

Provide Level 1/2 production support for trading systems: monitor the trading environment, respond to incidents, deploy/configure applications, investigate trade/position breaks, automate workflows with scripting, assist risk/compliance reporting, and collaborate with traders, exchanges, clearing firms, and vendors. Participate in early-market coverage and on-call rotations.

Join an interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain low-latency trading applications. Build multi-threaded server-client systems, write clean C++/C# code, work across Windows and Linux, and own projects end-to-end in a collaborative finance-focused environment.
