Lead content strategy and execution to drive demand and pipeline. Build and mentor a content team, implement SEO and attribution frameworks, run tests, and optimize distribution across owned, paid, and earned channels to convert content into measurable MQLs/SQLs and pipeline.

Execute and optimize paid media campaigns (primarily paid social) including build, trafficking, pacing, QA, daily optimizations, reporting, experimentation, creative evaluation, and supporting media planning and client calls.

Lead planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel paid media (Paid Social primary) to meet client KPIs. Build stakeholder relationships, translate client goals into tactics, oversee campaign execution, manage budgets, develop affiliate email newsletters, track/report performance, supervise and develop junior account staff, and use VN’s platform for campaign oversight.
