Own and grow services revenue for enterprise accounts by driving upsell, renewals, and cross-sell of Premier, Professional, Cloud, and Monitoring services. Manage forecasts, engage channel partners, collaborate with delivery and customer success, and present solutions to executive buyers. Serve as a trusted advisor to identify client challenges and deliver strategic service solutions.
