Oversees two teams, drives platform and feature adoption, reduces dormancy, improves engagement and retention, and grows gross profit. Uses customer health, behavioral, commercial, and machine-learning insights to prioritize interventions and prepare customers for expansion. Partners cross-functionally with Activation and Expansion leaders while developing high-performing customer-facing teams.
