The Inbound Sales Development Representative will qualify leads, engage prospects, and support sales efforts through personalized outreach, while utilizing various CRM tools. They will maintain data quality and achieve performance metrics.

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will engage new prospects, qualify leads, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to build sales opportunities and improve pipeline flow.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth, upsell/cross-sell, renewals and client satisfaction. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, forecast sales, negotiate complex contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and act as client advocate.
