Analyzes commercial clients’ financial and credit information to support lending decisions, loan structuring, portfolio monitoring, and risk management. Leads sales enablement strategy, content development, governance, and field activation for commercial banking teams. Creates messaging, pitch decks, case studies, thought leadership, training, and micro-learning resources. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Product, and senior leaders to improve seller readiness and content adoption. Establishes performance metrics, analyzes feedback and pipeline impact, and applies AI tools to increase productivity and optimize enablement programs.

Owns governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the Seismic sales enablement platform. Responsibilities include managing access and configuration, maintaining content architecture and lifecycle standards, coordinating content ownership and reviews, building digital sales assets and automation, monitoring adoption and content health, creating dashboards and performance metrics, supporting platform launches and migrations, and recommending AI-enabled improvements to usability, knowledge management, and seller readiness.

Provide senior-level administrative, operational and financial support to managers and teams. Manage calendars, meetings, travel, invoices, budgets, reporting, events, filing and vendor/office logistics. Produce analyses, dashboards, communications, coach junior assistants, and implement process improvements to support efficient business operations.

Owns enterprise AI architecture across AWS, Azure, Microsoft AI surfaces, and SaaS platforms. Establishes target architectures, standards, governance, security, responsible AI, and regulatory controls. Provides architectural authority for AI initiatives, guides platform and domain teams, evaluates emerging technologies, supports architecture review forums, mentors senior technical staff, and ensures production GenAI systems generate runtime model-risk and regulatory evidence.

Lead and execute IT application audits and advisory engagements to assess internal controls, technology and cybersecurity risks, and governance. Advise senior leaders, use data analytics and AI tools, develop audit reports, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor audit staff to improve controls and mitigate enterprise risk.

Provide strategic legal and regulatory advice on U.S. employment law, employee benefits (including ERISA), and compensation. Counsel business and HR leaders on employee relations, performance management, leaves, wage-and-hour, pay equity, contingent workers, immigration, investigations, M&A and outsourcing. Serve as subject-matter expert, manage legal risk, instruct external counsel, and support enterprise-wide initiatives while implementing improvements and advising senior leadership.

Manages investment portfolios and client relationships while developing investment proposals, model portfolios, asset allocation recommendations, and performance reports. Provides fiduciary, regulatory, tax, equity, and fixed-income expertise; leads strategic initiatives, governance, vendor relationships, operational programs, and change management. Analyzes portfolio performance and risk, supports client service and re-optimization activities, and advises senior leaders on business priorities, resources, and investment strategy.

Leads enterprise data ingestion and integration for AI, machine learning, Generative AI, analytics, and BI workloads. Designs scalable pipelines for structured, semi-structured, unstructured, and multimodal data; establishes quality, governance, lineage, security, and observability standards; and supports RAG, AI Search, vector retrieval, and MCP capabilities. Partners with technical and business stakeholders, mentors engineers, evaluates emerging technologies, and drives production delivery and continuous improvement in a regulated financial-services environment.
