The Account Executive manages the sales process for small accounts, focusing on prospecting, onboarding, customer success, and renewals while building strong customer relationships.

Lead review of COE-prepared journal entries and reconciliations, own multiple balance sheet reconciliations and SG&A/COGS accruals, support month/quarter/year close, drive process improvements, prepare audit schedules, and deliver accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

Lead quota modeling, territory design, commission planning, and forecasting to align sales with growth goals. Maintain Salesforce data integrity, build dashboards, leverage Gong/Clari and AI tools for predictive insights, present executive analyses, and drive process improvements across Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
