The Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, close processes, internal controls, SaaS metrics, sales and income tax compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements. The role partners with the CFO and executive team on planning, process improvements, due diligence, financing, and M&A activities. Responsibilities also include managing and developing a small accounting team and building scalable financial infrastructure for a growing remote SaaS company.

Own mid-market provider segment (100+ employee healthcare orgs). Self-source and manage pipeline, lead consultative discovery, close deals $5K–$75K, hand off to Customer Success, maintain HubSpot, track territory performance, and stay current on product, competitors, and regulations.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospect outreach, lead qualification, pipeline development, scheduling meetings, and managing CRM data to support sales efforts in a SaaS healthcare compliance environment.
