Oversee tax planning, compliance, and complex return reviews for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, partnerships, S corporations, and financial services clients. Lead teams, develop client relationships, provide staff training, support business development and recruiting, and deliver tax consulting solutions. Requires expertise in hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, charitable entities, and current tax laws.

Prepare and file state and local tax returns across the United States, organize and cleanse client tax data, manage registrations and business licenses, conduct tax research and analysis, and communicate with clients, tax authorities, and internal professionals. Leads state and local tax consulting and compliance services, including multistate returns, nexus and sales tax studies, residency issues, audit defense, due diligence, pass-through entity taxation, tax research, and legislative analysis. The role also supports business development, client service, tax planning, technology initiatives, thought leadership, and staff mentoring.

Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings engagements. Manages transaction teams, reviews financials, evaluates risks and value drivers, prepares reports and presentations, and communicates findings to executives, investors, and clients. Collaborates across advisory functions, mentors staff, supports business development, and manages time-sensitive transaction activities, including occasional travel and extended hours.

Leads change management and adoption strategies for complex outsourced-services transformations, technology implementations, process redesigns, and operating-model changes.
