Leads and develops an enterprise Account Management team responsible for retention, renewals, expansion, forecasting, and revenue growth. Provides Microsoft security consulting and advisory services across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, and related technologies. Conducts security assessments, architecture reviews, licensing evaluations, and health checks; delivers prioritized remediation plans; and makes approved tenant configuration changes. Manages concurrent customer engagements, supports Microsoft-related escalations, advises technical and executive stakeholders, and promotes AI-enabled security workflows. Requires at least five years of hands-on Microsoft security experience and current Microsoft certification.

Leads global sales enablement strategy and execution, including skills-gap analysis, role-based learning, onboarding, certifications, workshops, sales content adoption, tool optimization, KPI measurement, and budget management. Partners with sales, product, marketing, learning and development, and revenue operations teams to improve seller effectiveness. Requires strong sales enablement leadership, communication, data analysis, technical aptitude, and cybersecurity knowledge.

Supports pre-sales cybersecurity efforts by partnering with account executives, consulting with prospects, demonstrating and presenting security solutions, designing and scoping tailored architectures, and explaining eSentire’s differentiation. The role requires deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, IT infrastructure, security operations, and consultative selling. It supports sales targets within an assigned territory and requires travel of up to 50% locally plus national event travel.

Build and deploy customer-specific integrations, data pipelines, log-source connections, and detection capabilities for eSentire’s Atlas platform. Own requests from scoping through customer validation, work directly with senior customer engineers, operate independently in a newly established function, and identify repeat solutions that should become broadly available platform capabilities. Success is measured by faster time-to-value, deeper integration coverage, renewals, expansions, and platform improvements derived from customer work.
