Owns daily People Operations systems and processes for a global startup, including HRIS administration, employee records, contracts, compliance, reporting, access management, devices, support requests, and workflow automation. The role maintains data integrity, supports SOC 2 activities, improves integrations, and assists employees with benefits, policies, and technology. It may also expand into executive administrative support.

Sell Hallow’s programs to Catholic schools, parishes, and related organizations through relationship-building, email, phone outreach, and live demos. Improve the early-stage sales process by gathering customer feedback and refining sales and product approaches. Build partnerships with Church leaders nationwide and contribute directly to organizational growth. Success requires strong communication, relationship-building, resilience, high energy, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for Hallow’s mission.

Own Hallow’s organic growth and communications across SEO, AI search, PR, and content. Responsibilities include keyword research, technical SEO, content creation and optimization, link building, analytics, GEO/AEO experimentation, data-driven story development, journalist pitches, press releases, landing pages, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Content, Design, Product, and Data.

Design and evolve Hallow’s brand experience across platforms and campaigns. Create visual assets and motion content, support cross-functional launches, maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries, and translate company objectives into compelling visual narratives. The role requires strong collaboration, adaptability, feedback receptiveness, and proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects.

Own Hallow’s three-statement operating model, forecasts, scenario planning, budgeting, and budget-to-actual reviews. Lead customer cohort and financial KPI analyses, automate financial planning processes, and support financing opportunities, due diligence, and strategic partnership modeling. Partner closely with the CFO, executive team, department heads, and accounting team while preparing board and executive reporting.
