The Associate Director leads Oracle HCM Recruiting initiatives, managing global technology, program governance, and multi-country implementations while partnering with Talent Acquisition and stakeholders for strategic direction.

Lead corporate tax engagements including income tax planning, compliance, and ASC 740 provision work. Manage multiple client engagements, supervise and mentor staff, perform complex return and provision reviews, support business development, and ensure engagement profitability and client satisfaction.

Lead technical consulting on global indirect (SALT) tax issues: research, prepare written tax advice, review client analyses, track jurisdictional developments, develop firm tools, train staff, and manage client engagements and team members.

Support firm-wide independence and ethics compliance by applying independence standards to personal, audit/attest, and non-audit relationships; respond to independence inquiries; assist audits and self-audits; develop resources and training; manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders while leading and collaborating with staff.

Provide tax consulting and subject-matter support across multiple tax solution families. Conduct tax research, evaluate technical merits of positions, prepare deliverables (memos, opinions, PLR requests, training), develop specialization in Credits & Incentives and Accounting Methods, manage staff and engagements, and collaborate across offices to deliver client solutions.

Lead global design and delivery of sales and business-development learning programs. Partner with growth leaders and SMEs to create blended, practice-based learning, manage vendors, measure impact using revenue metrics, coach junior designers, and ensure compliance with global quality and regulatory standards.

Lead and deliver M&A transaction tax planning, due diligence, and compliance for clients. Manage and mentor staff, coordinate with transaction services, analyze tax attributes (including IRC Section 382), review tax impacts in models and documents, research tax issues, and support client engagements and business development.
