Manage renewals, upsells, and commercial outcomes for a high-volume SaaS book of business. Partner with CSMs to convert adoption into expansion, maintain CRM and forecasting, position services and premium support, and collaborate cross-functionally to protect revenue and optimize scaled playbooks.
