Leads end-to-end robotics and automation projects in live manufacturing environments, including process evaluation, system design, programming, simulation, integration, testing, commissioning, and production handoff. Works hands-on with cobots, AMRs, machine vision, sensors, end-effectors, and material-handling systems. Provides technical direction, mentors engineering and production staff, manages vendors, develops documentation and training, and ensures robotic systems meet applicable safety standards.
