Lead Sage X3 ERP implementation projects as the primary client-facing project manager. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Facilitate status meetings, resolve issues, handle change requests, and support continuous improvement and client relationship growth. Travel approximately 20% within the U.S.

Participate in projects, maintain certifications, meet KPIs (MTTR, CSAT, utilization, SLA), and perform occasional onsite work and after-hours support.

Sell Sage X3 ERP solutions to new clients across the sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos with Solution Engineers, discovery, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Build pipeline, maintain CRM records, collaborate with practice leadership and SEs, and travel across North America to meet revenue targets.
