Manage and supervise accounting functions including preparing, analyzing, reconciling complex financial transactions and statements; ensure U.S. GAAP compliance; complete regulatory reporting (Call Reports, Y9C, Y9LP), assist SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; develop processes, review reconciliations, mentor team members, deliver client service, and produce ad hoc financial reports for internal and regulatory stakeholders.
