Lead end-to-end delivery of a retail systems modernization MVP focused on customer workflows (Search, Quoting, Inventory, Payment). Manage discovery, scope, API-based integrations, UX alignment, device readiness, stakeholder communication, risk/scope, and rapid pilot rollout readiness.

Ensure database performance (MongoDB), caching (Redis), security, testing (Jest), and API documentation (Swagger). Collaborate with front-end teams, run diagnostics, fix defects, document processes, and recommend technical improvements.

Design, implement, and test Java-based backend features and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot. Integrate with Vue.js front-end, write JUnit/Mockito tests, manage CI/CD pipelines, deploy containerized apps to AWS EKS, and build serverless functions with AWS Lambda.

Lead execution of B2C/B2B product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, collaborate with UX, developers and stakeholders, perform data analysis, troubleshoot performance issues, influence cross-functional teams, prepare product documentation, and drive continuous product improvements to meet customer and business objectives.

Lead design and architecture of AEM solutions, define standards and integrations, mentor teams, oversee migrations/upgrades, ensure performance/security, and support AEM CI/CD and DevOps.

Lead UX design of user interfaces and client experiences using Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. Use data and user research to inform designs, run usability testing and workshops, integrate design systems into engineering workflows, communicate design decisions to stakeholders, explore AI tools to improve UX processes, and ensure seamless handoffs while advocating for user-centered, end-to-end solutions.

Design, develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts and DApps on platforms like Ethereum and Solana. Manage digital asset lifecycle (issuance, settlement, custody), integrate blockchain components with front-end/back-end using Web3 libraries, perform security audits, and optimize performance and scalability.

Build and maintain automated test suites and perform manual testing to ensure product quality. Train squads on test management, improve test coverage, troubleshoot data issues, and promote strong quality practices within Agile teams.
