Develops and grows receivables and payment-solutions business by prospecting, managing sales opportunities, conducting client discovery and demonstrations, and recommending tailored automation solutions. Maintains existing client relationships through ongoing support, business reviews, and contract negotiations. Responsibilities include managing credit staff, reviewing financial performance and loan grades, assessing borrower risk, monitoring covenants and portfolio health, structuring loan opportunities, approving or recommending loans, supporting relationship managers and sales activities, and serving as the subject matter expert for middle-market commercial and industrial borrowers.

Lead a local wealth management team to drive organic growth, deliver comprehensive wealth solutions, ensure client retention, and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management. Coordinate with internal partners to expand client relationships and implement market-specific business development initiatives.

Manage and monitor a portfolio of complex commercial loans; develop and implement collection and recovery strategies; negotiate restructurings with borrowers and attorneys; perform credit and collateral analysis; minimize losses and legal expenses; report to Special Assets Manager and ensure BSA compliance.
