The Bswift System Analyst will support technology implementations, manage data imports, provide technical support, analyze transactions, audit systems, and train client HR partners while ensuring quality control of Bswift systems.

The role supports internal and external communications by designing materials, managing templates, proofreading, and providing general office support.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native data platforms and scalable pipelines using Snowflake and dbt. Lead orchestration, CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning. Collaborate on backend services and limited frontend work, mentor engineers, define modeling standards, and participate in multi-team architecture and system design.
