Entry-level role to learn account management, inside sales, brokerage, and underwriting. Perform general accounting operations including posting transactions, bank reconciliations, processing wire/ACH and vendor/legal payments, reviewing claim-related expenses, supporting month-end close, resolving payment/reconciliation issues, communicating with clients on outstanding balances, and handling ad hoc treasury and administrative projects.

Build and maintain relationships with banking teams and real estate professionals, expand banking networks, drive sales and revenue growth, develop markets, track appointments, and collaborate on business development initiatives. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, accountability, customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills, with real estate, legal, accounting, or transactional experience preferred. Travel may be required.
