Lead DevOps, Platform, and IT teams supporting public-health immunization systems. Remediate legacy infrastructure while designing an operations model for a new platform, manage vendor/tooling contracts and costs, ensure compliance and observability, define metrics and incident processes, and partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to align capacity and pricing.

Provide application support to customers by investigating, managing, tracking, and closing support issues related to database and application functionality. Contribute to and maintain knowledge base and documentation, support user forums, deliver virtual and onsite product training, liaise with product and engineering teams for escalations, and recommend process improvements.

Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for features, bug fixes, integrations, and releases. Investigate, document, track, and validate defects and customer issues. Communicate release changes and draft release notes. Use AI-assisted tools when appropriate and contribute to QA process and standards improvements.

Perform implementations, training, testing, data conversions, and support for inHANCE products (virtual and onsite). Interpret requirements, configure systems, troubleshoot issues, coordinate projects and data migrations, document work, and collaborate with Professional Services, Support, and Development. Travel up to 25% and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.
