Partner with attorneys to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled legal workflows (prompting, RAG, templates, evaluations). Provide training, change management, governance-aligned guardrails, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate on workflows with cross-functional teams.

Support attorneys by developing and tracking matter budgets, producing financial and RFP analyses, creating matter plans, coordinating data for client reviews, establishing legal project management best practices, and collaborating with IT to automate reporting and improve profitability tracking.

Support marketing and business development projects for assigned practice areas: manage projects and events, prepare pitches and RFPs, coordinate directory/award submissions, conduct research, maintain collateral and data, engage attorneys, draft communications, track referrals, and perform special projects.
