Serve as a pre-sales principal consultant for Adaptive ERP, leading discovery, qualification, and outcome-driven demonstrations. Partner with account executives to craft win strategies, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and articulate manufacturing and supply chain value. Act as product and industry expert throughout the sales cycle.

Sell QAD's ERP and AI-enabled manufacturing solutions by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Qualify and advance deals, expand accounts, manage renewals, maintain pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with CSMs and pod members, and develop account plans to hit quota and drive revenue growth.

Serve as the GMs right hand to build and run commercial operating infrastructure: defend forecasts, ensure pipeline hygiene, embed sales methodology, align Sales and Marketing, produce board-ready reporting, and drive process improvements to improve revenue visibility and forecast accuracy.
