Build and scale Advantage HQ’s strategic referral and partnership channel. Responsibilities include recruiting and activating partners, negotiating referral and co-selling agreements, generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, collaborating with Sales and Marketing, developing partnership playbooks and reporting systems, tracking attribution and conversion, and representing the company at industry events. The role owns partner performance, commercial KPIs, and the long-term partnerships strategy.

The role also develops partner onboarding, enablement, tracking, attribution, reporting, compensation processes, and scalable operating playbooks while representing the company across the broader DTC ecosystem.
