Owns month-end close, accounting operations, cash management, board and lender reporting, audit coordination, financial statements, internal controls, and finance process infrastructure. The role also supports acquisition integration, forecasting, covenant compliance, data integrity, AI-enabled automation, and operational finance partnering. It reports to the VP Finance and is expected to build and lead a finance team as the company scales.

Build and manage a national clinical network by sourcing physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations. Responsibilities include strategic outreach, CRM pipeline management, credentialing qualification, partner education, onboarding coordination, stipend negotiation, documentation collection, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires meeting performance goals, maintaining accurate records, resolving issues independently, and improving recruitment processes while developing long-term clinical education partnerships.

Recruit and develop a national network of physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites. Manage the recruitment pipeline from outreach through onboarding readiness, using HubSpot and other tools to track prospects, document activity, and meet performance goals. Qualify partners based on credentialing requirements, educate them about AMO, negotiate stipends, collect documentation, and coordinate handoffs with internal teams. Build relationships, resolve issues, improve recruitment processes, and support clinical placement timelines.
