Provides administrative and organizational support to senior leadership by managing calendars, meetings, priorities, travel arrangements, communications, confidential information, and follow-ups. The role coordinates across teams and time zones, uses business technology to improve efficiency, anticipates leadership needs, and proactively resolves issues. It is a remote, full-time opportunity requiring strong organization, communication, judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail; prior Executive Assistant experience is not required.
